Perezida Paul Kagame akaba n’Umugaba w’Ikirenga w’Ingabo z’u Rwanda (RDF) yazamuye mu ntera Lt Gen Mubarakh Muganga, Umugaba Mukuru w’Ingabo z’u Rwanda, amuha ipeti rya General.

Ni icyemezo cyatangajwe kuri uyu wa Gatatu tariki 20 Ukuboza 2023 mu itangazo RDF yashyize hanze.

Muri Kamena uyu mwaka nibwo Muganga yagizwe Umugaba Mukuru w’Ingabo z’u Rwanda, asimbuye Gen Jean Bosco Kazura wagiyeho mu 2019.

Mubarakh Muganga w’imyaka 56, mbere yo kuba Umugaba Mukuru w’Ingabo z’u Rwanda yahoze ari Umugaba w’Ingabo zirwanira ku butaka kuva ku wa 4 Kamena 2021

Gen Muganga yabaye umuyobozi wa Diviziyo ya Kane kuva mu 2008-2012, naho mu 2013-2015 aba umuyobozi wa Diviziyo ya Gatatu mu ngabo z’u Rwanda.
