Perezida Paul Kagame akaba n’umugaba w’Ikirenga w’Ingabo z’u Rwanda (RDF) yirukanye mu gisirikare abofisiye 16 mu ngabo barimo Maj Gen Aloys Muganga na Brig Gen Francis Mutiganda.
