Perezida Kagame yavuze ko yatunguwe cyane n’imyitwarire ya Repubulika Iharanira Demokarasi ya Congo (RDC) aho ifata ikibazo ifitanye na M23 nk’aho giterwa n’u Rwanda, ikanishimira ko rutemerewe kujya mu ngabo z’Umuryango wa Afurika y’Iburasirazuba zizajya guhashya imitwe yitwaje intwaro muri icyo gihugu.

Mu mpera z’ukwezi gushize ni bwo Abakuru b’Ibihugu bya EAC bemeje iyoherezwa ry’Umutwe udasanzwe w’Ingabo ugomba kujya guhangana n’imitwe yitwaje intwaro mu Burasirazuba bwa Congo, nyuma y’iminsi Ingabo za Congo zihanganye n’Umutwe wa M23.

Congo yanze ko muri izo ngabo za EAC hajyamo iz’u Rwanda kuko irushinja gutera inkunga Umutwe wa M23, ibintu u Rwanda rwamaganye.

Mu kiganiro na RBA, Perezida Kagame yavuze ko nta kibazo afite ku kuba u Rwanda rutazaba ruri muri izo ngabo.

Perezida Kagame yabajijwe ku cyizere afitiye ibiganiro bya Nairobi bimaze igihe biba bigamije guhosha ibibazo byo mu Burasirazuba bwa Congo, avuga ko bigoye cyane.

Ati “Ikibazo ni uko ibintu bikomeza guhinduka na nyuma y’inama. Iyo tuvuye mu nama ibintu bitangira guhinduka. Twagize inama eshatu, ebyiri nari nzirimo indi imwe ntabwo nabashije kwitabira ariko nari mpagarariwe na Minisitiri w’Ububanyi n’Amahanga, nkeka ko yari yageze ku rwego rwiza rwo guhangana n’icyo kibazo.”

Ati “Niba ari ibyihebe kuki utabirwanya ahubwo ukagenda ukajya gushaka abaturage bw’ubwoko runaka bafite aho bahuriye n’aba wita ibyihebe? Ushobora gufata ubwoko runaka bw’abantu ukavuga ko ari umutwe w’iterabwoba? Biratangaje.”

Perezida Kagame yavuze ko imbaraga zose zakoreshwa mu bijyanye n’imirwano mu guhashya ibibazo bya Congo, kuri we igisubizo kiri mu nzira y’ibiganiro.

Ati “Inzira y’ibiganiro kuri njye niyo y’ingenzi. Ntabwo wakomeza kurwana ngo witege igisubizo ku bibazo bishingiye kuri politiki, imiyoborere n’ibindi.”
