Minisitiri w’Ububanyi n’Amahanga w’u Burundi, Albert Shingiro, yatangaje ko yizeye ko u Rwanda ruzageraho rukemera gutanga abakekwaho uruhare mu kugerageza guhirika ubutegetsi mu Burundi bagashyikirizwa ubutabera, yongeraho ko bashobora no kubabarirwa.

Ni ubutumwa yatanze ubwo yasubizaga ibibazo by’abanyamakuru ku wa 22 Nyakanga, nyuma yo kumurika ibikorwa Minisiteri ayobora yagezeho mu mwaka wa 2021/2022.

Agaruka ku mubano w’u Burundi n’u Rwanda umaze imyaka igera kuri irindwi urimo igitotsi, Amb. Shingiro yavuze ko ingingo itarajya mu buryo ari iy’uko u Rwanda rutaremera gutanga abakekwaho kugerageza guhirika ubutetegetsi mu Burundi mu 2015, baruhungiyemo.

Yagize ati “Iyo ni yo ngingo rukumbi isigaye, ibindi bibazo byose byarakemutse.”

Minisitiri Shingiro yavuze ko yizeye ko u Rwanda ruzemera kubatanga bagasubizwa mu gihugu cyabo, nk’uko ikinyamakuru Iwacu cyo mu Burundi cyabitangaje.

Ati “Nta gihugu gishobora kwemera ko ubutwererane bwacyo n’ikindi, byongeye icyo bihana imbibi, buguranwa agatsiko k’abagizi ba nabi kadafite ahazaza mu bya politiki.”

Mu gihe baba basubijwe mu gihugu bakagezwa imbere y’ubutabera, Minisitiri Shingiro yavuze ko bashobora no guhabwa imbabazi na Perezida bakaba bafungurwa.

Yakomeje agira ati “Mu gihe baba bagejejwe imbere y’ubutabera bw’u Burundi bashobora gutangira ibihano, ariko ntawe ubizi ko nyuma y’imyaka runaka batakungukira mu byemezo bitandukanye birimo n’imbabazi za Perezida.”

Yabajijwe niba ibyo u Burundi busaba bitazatambamirwa n’amasezerano mpuzamahanga arengera impunzi, asubiza ko “nta tegeko na rimwe ryo ku rwego mpuzamahanga rirengera abakoze Coup d’état cyangwa abandi banyabyaha.”

Kuri we, ngo abo si impunzi zisanzwe. Yasobanuye ko ibibareba bitandukanye n’ibiteganywa mu masezerano yo mu 1951 agenga impunzi, kandi ko nta sano n’imwe iri hagati y’impunzi n’itsinda ry’abanyabyaha.

Ati “Ndabagira inama yo kwitaba ubutabera aho kuguma mu buhungiro.”

Minisitiri w’Ubutabera, Dr Ugirashebuja Emmanuel, yavuze ko u Rwanda n’u Burundi ari ibihugu bifite byinshi bihuriyeho kurenza ibibitanya.
