  5. I believe that avoiding highly processed foods may be the first step to help lose weight. They might taste excellent, but refined foods have very little vitamins and minerals, making you eat more in order to have enough strength to get through the day. For anyone who is constantly feeding on these foods, converting to grain and other complex carbohydrates will make you to have more power while feeding on less. Interesting blog post.
