DR Congo: Amerika yemereye miliyoni $5 uwatanga amakuru yatuma umukuru wa ADF afatwa
Amerika yatangaje igihembo cya miliyoni 5 z’amadolari (angana na miliyari 5 z’amafaranga y’u Rwanda) ku muntu wese watanga amakuru yatuma hafatwa Seka Musa Baluku, umukuru w’umutwe w’inyeshyamba wa ADF wo muri Repubulika ya Demokarasi ya Congo, ufitanye imikoranire n’umutwe wiyita Leta ya Kisilamu (IS).
