Perezida Paul Kagame akaba n’umugaba w’Ikirenga w’Ingabo z’u Rwanda (RDF) yirukanye mu gisirikare abofisiye 16 mu ngabo barimo Maj Gen Aloys Muganga na Brig Gen Francis Mutiganda.

Brig Gen Mutiganda yahoze ari Umuyobozi w’agateganyo ushinzwe iperereza ryo hanze ry’igihugu, mbere yo kuvanwa muri izo nshingano mu 2018.

Mu birukanywe kandi harimo abandi basirikare 116 ndetse n’abandi 112 amasezerano yabo y’akazi muri RDF araseswa, nkuko itangazo ryashyizwe hanze n’Ubuyobozi bw’Ingabo z’u Rwanda ribigaragaza.

Ni itangazo ryasohotse mu ijoro rishyira kuri uyu wa Gatatu tariki 7 Kamena 2023, nyuma gato y’inama y’abaminisitiri yayobowe na Perezida Kagame.

Ntabwo hatangajwe icyatumye abo basirikare birukanwa cyangwa amasezerano yabo ahagarikwa, icyakora ingingo ya karindwi y’Itegeko Nº 38/2015 ryo ku wa 30/07/2015 rigena igabanya ry‟umubare w‟abagize Ingabo z‟u Rwanda, kubakura ku murimo,kubasubiza mu buzima busanzwe no kubirukana ivuga ko ugize Ingabo z‟u Rwanda ashobora kwirukanwa kubera imyitwarire mibi ikabije.

Imyitwarire mibi ikabije ituma habaho kwirukanwa byemezwa n‟umuyobozi ubifitiye ububasha. Kuri ba Ofisiye, kwirukanwa bikorwa n‟iteka rya Perezida,

Ni mu gihe ku bijyanye no gusesa amasezerano y’akazi, ingingo ya 105 y’Iteka rya Perezida nº 044/01 ryo ku wa 14/02/2020 rishyiraho sitati yihariye y’Ingabo z’u Rwanda ivuga ko iyo bibaye ngombwa Minisitiri asesa amasezerano y’umurimo yagiranye n’umusirikare.

Iyo amasezerano y’umurimo asheshwe, umusirikare bireba ahabwa amafaranga yo gusesa amasezerano angana na kimwe cya kane (1/4) cy’amafaranga ahabwa urangije amasezerano.

Iryo teka rivuga ko Abofisiye n’aba sous-officiers bakuru bagengwa n’amategeko y’umwuga naho sous-officiers bato n’abasirikare bato bagengwa n’amasezerano y’umurimo bagirana na Minisitiri.

Amasezerano y’umurimo agira agaciro mu gihe kingana n’imyaka icumi ishobora kongerwaho imyaka itanu.
