Thereafter, Frederick W. Fehr, Sr.’s son, Fred, began working at the store. Fred’s sons, Rick and Art, brought in the third generation, and in 2016, Rick’s son Eric joined, marking the fourth generation to own and operate Richter & Phillips Jewelers.
