Perezida Paul Kagame yakiriye indahiro ya Nirere Madeleine uheruka kugirwa Umuvunyi Mukuru, amugaragariza ko yitezweho umusanzu mu guhangana n’ibibazo bya ruswa n’akarengane, amwizeza inkunga ikenewe ngo bishoboke.

Ni inshingano Perezida Kagame yavuze ko yizeye ko zitazamugora, kuko atangiye inshingano ze mu gihe imikorere y’Urwego rw’Umuvunyi irimo kuvugururwa, kandi azahera ku inararibonye n’ubumenyi afite.
Yavuze ko uru rwego agiye kuyobora rugomba gukorana n’izindi zirimo iz’ubutabera n’iz’ibanze, “aho ruswa yagaragaye n’akarengane kabaye, urwo rwego rukamenyeshwa, ababishinzwe nabo bakihutira gukemura ibyo bibazo.”
