U Rwanda na RDC byahuje imbaraga mu kurwanya ubucuruzi bwa zahabu bukorwa n’imitwe yitwaje intwaro

U Rwanda na Repubulika Iharanira Demokarasi ya Congo byasinyanye amasezerano y’ubufatanye mu kwimakaza umucyo mu bucukuzi n’ubucuruzi bwa Zahabu hagamijwe guhashya ubucuruzi bwayo bukorwa n’imitwe yitwaje intwaro ikorera muri RDC.

Aya masezerano y’ubufatanye yashyizweho umukono ku wa 26 Kamena 2021, ubwo Perezida Kagame yasozaga uruzinduko rw’umunsi umwe yagiriraga mu Mujyi wa Goma muri RDC.

Ni uruzinduko rwaje rukurikirana urundi mugenzi we wa Congo, Félix Antoine Tshisekedi yagiriye mu Rwanda ku munsi wari wabanje.

Yakomeje avuga ko aya masezerano y’ubufatanye kandi azakumira imitwe yitwaje intwaro yagaragaraga muri ubu bucuruzi bwa Zahabu.

Ati “Imitwe yitwaje intwaro yakoreshaga Zahabu mu kubona amafaranga ayifasha mu ntambara ntabwo izaba ikibashije gucukura cyangwa ngo igurishe ku masoko mpuzamahanga.”

Raporo yakozwe kuri Repubulika Iharanira Demokarasi ya Congo mu 2020, igashyikirizwa Perezida w’Akanama k’Umuryango w’Abibumbye gashinzwe Umutekano, yagaragaje ko kimwe mu bibazo bituma umutekano muri icyo gihugu utaboneka, ari imitwe y’iterabwoba n’inyeshyamba zikorera mu Burasirazuba bwa Congo, kandi zose zigatungwa n’amabuye y’agaciro zicuruza mu bihugu by’amahanga.

Bibarwa ko Uburasirazuba bwa Congo bukoreramo imitwe y’inyeshyamba irenga 130, yose ivuga ko ifite impamvu z’intambara imbere muri RDC ndetse no mu bihugu icyenda bihana imbibi nayo.

Ubucukuzi bwa Zahabu no kuyitunganya ni rumwe mu rwego ruri gutera imbere cyane mu Rwanda, aho imibare yo mu Ugushyingo 2020 ya Banki Nkuru y’u Rwanda, BNR, yagaragaje ko umusaruro wavuye muri zahabu, wazamutseho 754,6%.

Igenzura ryakozwe n’Ikigo cy’Abanyamerika ku musaruro wa zahabu mu Rwanda ryagaragaje ko wari 160 kg mu 2014 na 319 kg mu 2015. Naho itsinda ry’impuguke z’Umuryango w’Abibumbye ziheruka kuvuga ko u Rwanda rwohereje mu mahanga 2163 kg bya zahabu mu 2018.

Iterambere ry’ubucuruzi bwa Zahabu ryatangiye kugaragara cyane mu 2019 ubwo mu Rwanda hatangizwaga uruganda rutunganya zahabu ruzwi nka Aldango Ltd., rugaragaza ko rufite ubushobozi bwo gutunganya 220 kg ku munsi na toni esheshatu ku kwezi.
