Perezida Kagame ategerejwe muri Mozambike mu ruzinduko rw’akazi rw’iminsi ibiri, akaba agera muri icyo gihugu kuri uyu wa Gatanu tariki 24 Nzeri 2021, mu ruzinduko rwe biteganyijwe ko azaganira na mugenzi we Philippe Nyusi, hanyuma akazasura Ingabo na Polisi b’u Rwanda bari muri icyo gihugu mu bikorwa byo kugarura umutekano.
Ubutumwa bwashyizwe hanze buvuga ko kuri uyu munsi wa mbere w’uruzinduko rw’Umukuru w’Igihugu, biteganyijwe ko agirana ibiganiro n’ingabo z’u Rwanda zoherejwe muri Mozambique.

Ibikorwa by’ingabo z’u Rwanda n’iza Mozambique bimaze gutanga umusaruro kuko hari Imijyi yamaze kuvanwa mu maboko y’imitwe y’iterabwoba irimo Mocimboa da Praia n’iyindi.
Muri uru ruzinduko kandi, Perezida Kagame aragirana ibiganiro na mugenzi we Filipe Nyusi, biza gukurikirwa n’inama ihuza amatsinda y’abahagarariye ibihugu byombi.
Biteganyijwe kandi ko aba bakuru b’ibihugu bakurikirana igikorwa cy’isinywa ry’amasezerano y’ubufatanye mu nzego zitandukanye kandi bakagirana ikiganiro n’abanyamakuru.
