Urwego rw’Igihugu rw’Ubugenzacyaha (RIB), rugiye guhabwa ubushobozi bwo gushyingura dosiye ndetse n’ubwo gukora ubuhuza.

Ibi byatangarijwe mu mwiherero w’iminsi itatu watangiye kuva tariki 27 kugeza 29 Kamena 2023, wahuje abayobozi bakuru ba RIB kuva ku rwego rw’Akarere kugera k’urw’Igihugu, hagamijwe kuganira ku hazaza h’uru rwego.

Uyu mushinga wo kuvugurura igitabo cy’amategeko ahana y’u Rwanda, wamaze kugezwa mu Nteko Ishinga Amategeko.

Minisitiri w’Ubutabera, Dr Ugirashebuja Emmanuel, witabiriye uyu mwiherero yavuze ko ufite umwihariko kuko uhuriranye n’imyaka itanu RIB ibayeho, ni ugusuzuma muri icyo gihe gahunda yari yihaye niba yaragezweho.

Yagize ati “Akenshi bafataga dosiye bakagira inama Ubushinjacyaha ikaba yashyingurwa, ariko ugasanga icyo kintu cyo kuba ubwo bubasha bufitwe gusa n’ubushinjacyaha ari imbogamizi. Icyangombwa rero ni uko uko gushyingura iyo dosiye byakorwa n’uwabonye ko ibyo bimenyetso bidahagij,e cyangwa atari ngombwa y’uko yaba ashyinguye iyo dosiye.”

Yakomeje avuga ko kuba RIB itari ifite ubwo bubasha byatinzaga ibintu bimwe na bimwe kuko iyo hari inzira imwe mu butabera itari ngombwa uyivanamo, kuko hari ibindi byinshi biri mu butabera.

Ati “Nta mpamvu yo kongeraho ibindi kandi twabonaga ko hari inzira byarangirira aho bitangirira.”

Gushyingura dosiye mu Bugenzacyaha bizagabanya umubare w’ibirego bigera mu Bushinjacyaha, ndetse binafashe mu gutanga ubutabera bwunga.

Umunyamabanga Mukuru wa RIB, Jeannot Ruhunga, yagaragaje ko uyu mwiherero wari ugamije kongera kwisuzuma.

Ati “Imyaka itanu tumaze twayiciyemo kugira ngo turebe aho twavuye n’aho tugeze, biduhe kureba uburyo twakora no mu myaka itanu iri imbere. Imyaka itanu ishize rero yari iyo kubaka, twagize inkunga ikomeye ya Leta yatumye twiyubaka vuba.”

Ku bijyanye no gushyingura inyandiko, yavuze ko byari bisanzwe bikorwa ariko bikaba ngombwa ko ububasha busabwa Ubushinjacyaha.

Yakomeje agira ati “N’ubundi twabikoraga, ariko wamara kubikora niba wunze abantu ukabahuza, ukandikira Ubushinjacyaha ko ikibazo cyakemutse ubusaba kuyishyingura. Rero ubu icyo itegeko ryatwemereye ni uko twayishyingura, aho kugira ngo tuyohereze dusa nk’abamaze kuyifatira umwanzuro.”

Ubusanzwe amategeko yateganyaga ko umugenzacyaha adashobora gushyingura dosiye, kuko byasabaga ko yoherezwa mu Bushinjacyaha nubwo yaba abona nta bimenyetso bihagije ifite.
